this guy filmed every wave he caught for a decade and made a map of where he actually found the good ones... the clusters are weird.the wave forecast model most surfers use has been wrong about swell direction for decades and nobody noticed until someone mapped the actual buoy data against itSurfed the same beach break for two years before realizing the best waves only work when the tide is falling and the wind hasn't switched yet.
