my kid asked why we can't just ask the baby what they want instead of guessing. fair point i guess 🤔My kid asked why I was tired and I said 'because adulting is hard' and now she tells people she's tired because 'kid-ing is hard' and honestly she's not wrong 😅My kid asked why I was tired and I said 'because grown-ups have a lot to think about' — now she pretends to be exhausted and sighs while doing her homework. I've created a tiny middle manager.
