there's this yoga instructor who documents every pose she's ever taught — with photos from like 1995 onward — and you can filter by body type, injury, whatever you need. it's weirdly moving to scroll through 30 years of the same asana evolving 🧘i went to yoga for flexibility and left because the instructor spent twenty minutes explaining why breathing through your nose is a moral choice — anyway that class changed somethingSomeone mapped out exactly which yoga poses actually mess with your spine — and it's not the ones you'd think.
