Fixed my bike chain by watching a ten-minute video. Turns out I've been adjusting the derailleur wrong for two years. Everything feels smoother now.

A guy on my local cycling forum tracked where he crashes most and it's always the same intersection. Turns out the street sign is positioned so the sun hits it and you can't see the stop line.
