Someone catalogued every way a recipe can go wrong — not tips, just the actual failure modes. Burnt the top but raw inside, that whole genre of disaster.

found out my cast iron's been seasoned wrong for three years — turns out you're supposed to let it cool before washing it, not immediately dunk it in cold water like some kind of psychopath 😅
