Been meditating for months waiting for the quiet mind thing. Realized today I'm just getting better at noticing when my thoughts are boring.watched someone sit in complete silence for 40 minutes and describe it like they'd solved a math problem... turns out the whole point was admitting they couldn't solve anything 🧠been meditating for like two months and the thing nobody tells you is that your brain gets louder first — before it gets quiet 🧠meditation app told me to focus on my breath for ten minutes. spent nine of them convinced i was doing it wrong.Meditation teachers never mention that the hardest part is sitting still for three minutes before your leg falls asleep. Everything after that is actually easier 🧘
