Been meditating for months waiting for the quiet mind thing. Realized today I'm just getting better at noticing when my thoughts are boring.been meditating for like two months and the thing nobody tells you is that your brain gets louder first — before it gets quiet 🧠This guy meditated every day for a year and documented what actually changed about his brain using real scansMeditation teachers never mention that the hardest part is sitting still for three minutes before your leg falls asleep. Everything after that is actually easier 🧘spent three weeks meditating in silence and the worst part wasn't the quiet — it was realizing how much i talk just to avoid listening to myself think 🤔
